FAQ
My approach to coaching focuses on integrating leadership development with personal well-being, recognizing that one’s professional life is deeply connected to how we are feeling and experiencing the world. We address key areas such as emotional, physical, relational, and professional health, helping you realign priorities, set sustainable goals, and build resilience, all without sacrificing your well-being.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the demands of leadership, struggling with burnout, or unsure how to manage competing priorities in your life all while advancing in your career, this coaching is for you. Through personalized strategies, we’ll work together to identify where you are now and create a clear, sustainable path to achieving your goals with clarity and resilience.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on your unique needs. We will explore your current challenges, dive into your values and goals, and develop actionable steps for creating positive change. Our work will center around building leadership skills, managing burnout, and aligning your life and career with your core values. Each session will leave you with opportunities for exploration and reflection to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.
My standard coaching engagement is 6 months with bi-monthly sessions (12 total sessions). After your initial engagement, you can choose to continue with a new goal, transition to monthly check-ins, or close our work together.
If you're unsure, I offer a free discovery call to help you assess where you are, talk about challenges, and learn how my coaching can support your goals. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision. This call is not a hard sell; rather, consider it a first date or informational interview. We talk, get to know each other, and decide if working together is right for you (and for me). Also, stay tuned for freebies, including masterclasses, etc, where you can get a taste for my style and our fit.

For you, this means...
Work-life Well-being isn’t about finding balance or juggling it all. It’s about understanding how the different facets of your life—emotional, physical, work, and relational—are (or aren’t) supporting you.. When this understanding is embraced, you can architect your unique path forward.
Work-life Well-being is my approach to exploring how your emotional, physical, work, and relational facets intersect and contribute to either clarity and confidence or burnout. It’s about taking proactive steps in energy management, resilience building, and the confidence to express your needs effectively.
Our work is a continuous journey of reflection, adjustment, and growth. The goal is not perfection, but deeper alignment with your values, health, and leadership potential. With intention and compassion, you create a foundation for long-term success, fulfillment, and well-being.

This is not a distant dream – with (name of the service), it can become a reality.
Imagine, [specific positive change, e.g., 'you wake up in the morning feeling organized and ready for the day'].

Does this sound familiar?
Caught Between Burnout and the Pressure to Perform
You're aware that burnout is creeping up, but you can’t afford to slow down. You're stuck in the cycle of pushing harder to meet demands while your well-being slips through the cracks. You want to be a high performer, but the cost to your health is becoming unsustainable. You know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to start.
Navigating the Leadership Landscape
You’ve been promoted to a leadership role, but you didn’t get a handbook. Leading people is far more complex than just teaching them how to do the job. You're juggling new responsibilities and trying to figure out how to inspire and guide your team, but the lack of clear direction is leaving you questioning how to navigate this new phase of your professional life with confidence.
Struggling with Competing Priorities
Lately, it feels like one area of your life is always taking a backseat to another. Whether it’s work, family, or your health, something is always neglected—and the guilt is starting to weigh you down. You’re drained, overwhelmed, and constantly feeling like you’re failing at something. The lack of clear priorities is taking a toll on your energy, and you're yearning for a different way.
This is how our collaboration works
Getting Clear
Our first sessions focus on clarifying your goal and understanding your whole picture. You might come in with a broad goal ("I'm burned out") or multiple goals. We'll get specific and prioritize what matters most.
We'll also understand who you are—your strengths, patterns, and how you show up under stress. Depending on what emerges, we might use an assessment tool or conduct a 360-degree review.
Where Change Happens
This is the heart of our work. We meet. You experiment. We reflect. You try something new. We discuss what worked and what didn't. We use my four-pillar work-life wellbeing framework as a touchstone to address the whole picture: your physical energy, emotional capacity, relationships, and sense of purpose. Change occurs between sessions as you test new approaches and identify what shifts.
Integration
We consolidate what you've learned, identify what's sticking, and create a plan to sustain your progress. Some clients close our engagement feeling equipped to move forward. Others identify a new goal and continue working together. Either way, you'll have clearer sense of who you are and how you want to move through this phase of your leadership.
