Our work together isn't about finding the perfect balance in your life, but rather about creating a strong foundation that adapts to your evolving needs.

I'm so glad you're here!
I’m Katie, your partner in helping you better understand yourself, your motivations, and the path to achieving your goals. I help ambitious professionals realign their expectations and priorities so that they can put themselves first. Curious about what we could achieve together?
Feeling Overwhelmed and Stuck
You’re successful on paper, but behind the scenes, exhaustion is creeping in. No matter how hard you work, the to-do list never ends, and you’re left feeling drained instead of fulfilled.
Unclear Leadership Direction
You were promoted because you excelled at your craft, but leading a team requires a whole new skill set. You’re figuring it out as you go, unsure if you’re making the right impact.
Burnout Is Knocking at Your Door
The stress, the pressure, the late nights—it’s all adding up. You know something needs to change, but stepping back feels impossible, and you're not sure where to start.
Success Feels Like It’s Costing You Everything
You’re driven, but the grind is starting to wear on you. You want to succeed in your career and feel good in your life—but right now, that balance feels out of reach.
I've been there. Here is my story.

After years of pushing through in my advertising career, I hit a breaking point—burnout. I found myself unable to show up for my team, my clients, and, most importantly, myself. The more I tried to lead, the further I drifted from the kind of leader I knew I could be. This wake-up call forced me to realize something vital: effective leadership doesn’t just mean guiding others—it begins with leading myself.
I made a bold decision to step away from my job and dive into a master’s program focused on learning and organizational change. This was my opportunity to fully immerse myself in understanding how leadership and well-being are deeply connected. While in this space, I learned to prioritize my wellness and realign my career with my core values. But let me be real, this is not a binary, linear, OR static journey. It is ongoing, messy, and to get to the good stuff, you have to walk through the difficult. As a coach, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same—empowering leaders to redefine success, thrive in their roles, and be their best selves, both at work and in life. And it is my absolute privilege to walk beside you as your coach through that change process.
Some of the challenges I've faced.
Navigating the redefinition of what I wanted to do with my life while also repairing my nervous system from burnout was no small feat. I quit my job without a backup plan, which was a major leap of faith—and quite a test for a newly married couple. Around the same time, I chose to start my family. Becoming a parent quickly taught me humility, along with the importance of community and a learning orientation. Just when you think you have it all figured out, your kids teach you otherwise.
I am continuing to learn...
Instead of focusing on successes or performance, I'm working on an evolving growth mindset and learning orientation. I work daily at reframing perceived failures into opportunities for growth. My journey continues to be influenced by those who’ve also walked the path of burnout and their leadership challenges. Their stories and my own shape the approach I now take as a coach—one grounded in real, relatable experience and a commitment to long-term well-being.
Why do I do this work?
The best part of my day has always been those one-on-one conversations with direct reports, team members, bosses, and clients. I thrive on building genuine relationships and understanding what truly motivates people. As I’ve deepened my self-awareness through the lens of the Enneagram (yes, I’m a 2!), I’ve come to see that creating safe, empathetic spaces for others to open up, learn, and grow is what drives me to do this work.
I also strive to be a part of a broader cultural change toward finding a 'better way'. What does this mean? Work is a massive part of how we spend our time and thus our lives. It shouldn't feel the way it feels sometimes. I'm your catalyst for discovering the change you want to make in your journey towards the work-life and well-being that you deserve.
